Shipping method is determined based on the size and weight of your order:

Ground Shipping: Smaller items may ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
- Freight Shipping: Larger or heavier items are shipped via freight carriers. For residential freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you the day prior to delivery to schedule a drop-off time.
Note: Delivery does NOT include installation or setup unless an installation option is selected at checkout.
Order Processing & Tracking
Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days after being placed. Shipping transit times vary by destination. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your
shipment.

Installation Services
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTICE - Installation is NOT included in the price of your equipment. By selecting installation, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Installation fees are additional and vary based on your location.
- Payment for installation is due directly to the installer at the time of service.

We also offer free in-store pickup at select G&G Fitness Equipment retail locations.
IMPORTANT PICKUP REQUIREMENTS:
- A G&G representative will contact you to confirm product availability and schedule a pickup time.
- You must bring the credit card used for purchase and a valid photo ID when picking up your order.
- Orders cannot be released without both items present.
